We do not use ink at all. We actually use specially formulated food colorings to produce our beautiful and delicious edible images.

Of course! We only use FDA-approved colors and flavors. They are designed for the sole purpose of creating edible Candy Pictures^TM and yes, they are totally safe to eat.

We use patented Chocolography^TM technology combined with some very secret techniques for creating the printable surfaces on our delicious candy. Together, they produce edible candy images second to none!

The idea is similar, but that's where it ends. Images are sometimes put on cakes and cookies by first printing on rice paper and applying it to the product. Through the magic of Chocolography^TM, we print directly onto the candy surface. This creates incredibly vivid, high-resolution images that taste a whole lot better than rice paper.

We have had very good results using standard FedEx Ground or common carriers for our lollipops, cookies and pressed candy. We do recommend storing your lollipops in a cool, dry place for longer periods of time. During the hot summer months, we pack our chocolate with ice and recommend overnight shipping.
